The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Wonderful venue, pleasant views and location is magnificent just off other tourist attractions and the center of Bursa which is within a walking distance to most interesting places and centre. The staff are nice and provide an exceptional service...

There's bad smell in some areas.

I had a wonderful stay at Lena Central Flats in Bursa. The spacious and clean 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for my family of 5. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The host was kind and accommodating, providing us with a drying rack for our laundry. Additionally, the use of the washer for free was a great convenience. I highly recommend Lena Flats BURSA for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was wonderful and exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, really enjoyed the excellent location close enough to the bazaar and shopping centres and the metro stations and the bus stations and nice key located in city center. The free parking was on-site, exceptional service.

Provided water, juice, biscuits, water heater, dining table. Effective heater/air conditioner. Close to attractions and public transport. Friendly staff, late-night check-in. Free parking, clean, comfortable beds.

the room was huge with a good bed, a beautiful decoration and dining table, everything was good. having a shower, a hairdryer and slippers was a bonus. greatly enjoyed the location near from tourist places. and it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from cevat iskenderoglu, ate there couple of times.

Loved the central location, just a short walk to the main road and all the important sightseeing spots. Saved us a lot of time and hassle. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. They even let us check-in early and gave us a room with a balcony. Their hospitality really stood out.- The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could need. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks and even a sewing kit. Very thoughtful.

The heater in the room wasn't powerful enough to heat up a big room, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the blankets provided were of good quality and kept us warm.

Very caring, cooperative people working here. Nice beds, climate control and a couch bed in the room. Large private bathroom.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to check in early and provided me with a room that had a balcony. The room was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including complimentary snacks and a sewing kit. Additionally, the location of this hotel was great, as it was close to the main city attractions and metro station. I felt very safe in this area, and it was convenient to walk around and explore this city.
